DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Government seeks to lease approximately 3,249 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 2,825 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable square feet) with four (4) reserved, preferably covered, parking spaces. The location must be accessible to public transit. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one-half mile of the site. The Government seeks office space in the vicinity of the City of Orange, California. Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated area: North: Highway 91 East: Highway 55 West: Interstate 5 Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
