Amendment 0001 to synopsis/solicitation W91248-10-B-0002 for Grounds Maintenance Services, Fort Campbell, KY 1. Bid opening date is extended to Wednesday, 17 February 2010, 2:00 pm CT. Vendors shall acknowledge this amendment with their bid. 2. Solicitation provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items is incorporated in the solicitation. As indicated in the provision: An offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision. -vendors shall submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their bid. 3. Questions and Answers are attached. 4. A revised Bid Schedule and Price List with revised quantities and descriptions are attached. Vendors shall submit revised Bid Schedule and Price List with their bid. 5.
