Description

1) Type of Notification: Sources Sought This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses to this notice shall include the following: (a) company name; (b) address; (c) point of contact; (d) "number of employees" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19.101; and (e) the amount of "annual receipts" as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 19. In addition, the respondent must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a prime contractor the work described below. 2) Description: Personal Services (Radiologist Nuclear Medicine) The following is a brief summary of the primary duties that the Radiologist Nuclear Medicine will perform. This list is not all inclusive: The HCP shall provide clinical services within the Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) Radiology Squadron, inpatient consultative services, and care of critically ill patients in the medical intensive care unit. The HCP shall receive technical guidance and direction from the Nuclear Medicine Flight Commander (NMFCC) or designated government personnel. Route Diagnostic Examination. The HCP shall be prepared and capable of interpreting and /or performing any necessary routine procedures. The HCP shall submit Diagnostic Radiology Reports. Academic Duties. The HCP shall participate in the Nuclear Medicine Residency and Radiology Residency Training Programs. This participation includes: formal lecture presentations, daily resident teaching, participation in formalized resident feedback, and resident "read-out" staffing responsibilities for call coverage. 3) Place of Performance: MTF Radiology Squadron Wilford Hall Medical Center (WHMC).
