Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a SHIELD, GUIDED MISSILE. This requirement will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is currently one approved source of supply: Marvin Engineering Co., Inc., CAGE 32067, P/N 3188AS205. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 1440-01-458-0434; Base Year EAQ: 33 each; Option Year EAQ: 33 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination; 90 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 March 2010. The anticipated award date is 15 August 2010. This technical data on this item contains one or more classified drawings. The contractor must submit proof in writing of clearance to confidential information by submitting documentation from the Defense Investigative Service and a properly completed DD Form 254. These should be furnished to the buyer and to DSCR-VTRD, the drawing distribution office. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Military Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Dept. of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
