PRON: AX0F0164AX, NOUN: Bearing, Roller Cyli, NSN: 3110-01-312-9420; P/N: SB2307-501, UH-60; Min/Max Qty: 80/400 each on a 5 yr Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 80 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 80 each year until contract completion. This is a CSI item. The First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 80 each, 275 DACA. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (78286), Timken Aerospace Transmissions, LLC (78118) and SKF USA, Inc. (38443) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of the DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
