NSN 7R-1280-015454932-SF, REF NR 001-008269-0001, QTY 3 EA, DELIVERY FOBORIGIN. The design of this part is unstable. Engineering, manufacturing, orperformance characteristics indicate that the required design objectives havenot been achieved. Major changes are contemplated because the part has a lowprocess yield or has demonstrated marginal performance during tests or serviceuse. These changes will render the present part obsolete and unusable in itspresent configuration. Limited acquisition from the present source isanticipated pending configuration changes.
